Domingo Pablo is an artist, illustrator and designer based In Rhode Island.
Pablo was born in Guatemala, Central America and moved in RI as a teenager. He is a trilingual, native speaker of K'iche', the Mayan language of Guatemala, and Spanish, English.
Pablo graduated with a BFA in Illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). He is fascinated to illustrate themes of the imaginary world, personal experience, memory, and cultural backgrounds. His main illustration representations focus on childhood and anthropomorphism of Animalia, nature and objects. Pablo works both traditionally and digitally. He also loves to paint, design and make 3D art.
Pablo has exhibited his work at the Woods Gerry Gallery, ISB Gallery, The Providence Art Club, La Galería del Pueblo, The Mana Contemporary, Jersey City, NJ. The American Museum of Natural History, NYC. Art on Paper New York, Public Shop & Gallery, and KIND Annual Gala, NY.
